The Dreamland Place was once a blues joint in downtown Helena. Back in the 1930s, Robert Johnson (who famously sold his soul at the crossroads and who once lived in Helena), would often play here. The Dreamland joins other blues joints, like the Kitty Kat Club, which have long since closed. When this picture was taken, the roof had collapsed.
